Mr. Little has been a part of the AFL-CIO Investment Program since 2007. He is responsible for the overall business development and client service activities for the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust (BIT). Before joining ITC, Mr. Little worked on Capitol Hill for seven years finishing his time there as an Advisor to Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi, serving as a liaison to the Congressional Black Caucus, Progressive Caucus, and Labor community. Mr. Little is a graduate of The George Washington University with a B.A. in History and holds his M.B.A. from American University in Washington, D.C. He also holds the Series 7, 63, and 24 designations.
